INTRODUCTION

Acquiring New Members
- Advertising: Make flyers and posters to spread the word about FTC.
- Lab Tours: Show interestedstudents around the robotics lab every Sunday.
- Application Process: Collect forms from students who want to join.
- Screening & Testing: Check their skills in robotics, coding, designing, and marketing.
- Selection: Pick the best students based on the test.
- Sustainability: Bringing in new members helps the existing team continue its work, pass on knowledge, and keep improving even as older members leave.
Acquiring Mentors

Our mentors have helped us with our Robot Building, Programming especially with autonomous, CAD designing, Team Presentation and Portfolio. Our mentors are the one always motivating and supervising us. They helped us with our judge interviews too.

Chassis

The chassis was initially constructed using two 17-hole U-channels for length and two 11-hole U-channels for width. However, after measuring, it was found to be wider than desired. To address this, the 11-hole U-channels were replaced with 10-hole ones, making the design more compact.
- The chassis does not include any 3D-printed parts.
- Four REV Robotics Ultra Planetary motors are placed within the 17-hole U-channels.
- Mecanum wheels are attached to these motors using a bevel gear arrangement, which converts Y-axis motion into X-axis motion for efficient power transmission.
